Dilan Harrop-Willliams
Dilan Harrop-Williams is the former Co-CEO and Co-Founder of the NGEA, class of 2024 at Forest Hills High School, and serves as the Assistant Development Officer for JEC NYC, while also being the Treasurer of his school's student government, President of BLSU, founder of a high school Stock Market Club, coordinator of coat drives, and a member of the school's Track team. Dilan's experiences have been valuable to the NGEA.
Ronald Vijay
Ronald Vijay is fromer Co-CEO & Co-Founder of The NGEA, is a student at Bard High School Early College Manhattan, graduating in 2024. With expertise in economics, acting, community service, and entrepreneurship, Ronald has showcased his acting skills, contributed to the National Coat Drive, and successfully sold sneakers through Euphoria Kicks. His diverse experiences, combined with his legal knowledge, make him an invaluable member of The NGEA.
David Hernandez
David is the CMO & Co-Founder of the NGEA. He is currently in the class of 2024 at Forest Hills High School, and he is part of the Business Academy. David gained diverse experience through internships and school programs as a Social Media Manager intern at Elizabeth Richard Realty and a Project Intern at Armani's Heroes. As a Paralegal at Cohen & Cohen Personal Injury Lawyers, P.C., he showcased expertise in case planning, legal research, and document management. As well, he was selected to be the CEO of Biopack, a virtual enterprise. He has been a valuable contributor to the NGEA.
Morgan Jones
Morgan Kai Jones is the Cheif Operations Officer at the NGEA. She’s currently enrolled at Forest Hills High School as a part of the class of 2024 Law Academy. At Forest Hills, she serves as the President of the BLSU, Captain of the Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team, and competitor on both the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams. Outside of school, Morgan works as a public speaking and debate coach for youth across the Northeast.
Dmitri Sikder
Dmitri Sikder is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at NGEA (New Generation Economic Alliance). He shapes NGEA's tech strategy, ensuring innovation and operational efficiency. A significant part of his role involves utilizing technology to amplify NGEA's outreach efforts, ensuring the organization's message resonates with and impacts a broader audience. His credibility is highlighted by his tenure as CEO of NOERRORSNYC, a video firm, and an internship at Inspiring Minds, a youth education organization. These experiences underscore Dmitri's dedication to youth empowerment through technology.
Delfina Balidemaj
Delfina Balidemaj is Cheif Financial Officer of the NGEA. She will be graduating from Forest Hills High School in 2024 as a member of the Business Academy, National Honor Society, and Advanced Placement Scholars program. Her expertise in finance, accounting, record reconciliation, and business management have played crucial roles in her involvement with different companies. As CFO of BioPack and a current intern at Soulivity Magazine, Delfina contributes her proficiency in economics, mathematical aptitude, and critical thinking skills to the above organizations and the NGEA. Anwar Abaza
Anwar Abaza serves as the Director Of Strategic Initiatives. He currently attends Forest Hills High School in the Music academy. He serves as the vice president for the stock club. His passion for economics has led him to this position in which he worked extensively to create informational videos on financial literacy. Outside of this he has strong passions for things like skateboarding, Muay thai and meditation.
Aastah Jain
Aastha Jain is the Co-Founder and the Assistant Operations Officer of The NGEA, is a student at Northern Valley Regional Highschool at Demarest, graduating in 2024. With expertise in marketing, writing, innovation, and community service, Aastha has led her class all four years in highschool, served as a volunteer at senior homes, and been secretary of a nonprofit organization for social change for two years. Her leadership skills make her a great addition to the NGEA.
